Course Hero Here to Save the Day

What did I tell you about flipping the university? The Minerva Project is not the only startup taking the college experience entirely online. Course Hero is creating a business out of curating already available YouTube videos into teacher-approved business and programming curriculum that students can access for free. I can see it now, the next generation of entrepreneurs won’t be college dropouts, they’ll have never even started college. If coding is all you need to start a huge business, ahem Zuck, Course Hero can get you there for free compared to the average $40,000 spent per year for private university.

TechCrunch’s Josh Constine, who recently moderated our first edtech panel, wrote a profile on Course Hero’s business. Just one more startup we’ll be paying attention to here at Technapex.
